Our goal is to simplify and enhance the travel experience so you can focus on what really matters. Reserve your space online to guarantee your spot—especially during busy holiday travel seasons.
Our free shuttles run every 10–15 minutes; once you park, our drivers will assist you and take you directly to the airport terminal. We offer dedicated ADA-accessible parking spaces at our facilities; however, our standard shuttle vans are not wheelchair accessible. THE MS PARKING, located just 0.8 miles from PHL Airport, provides more convenient, quicker, and affordable parking.
Our secure lots utilize digital surveillance, and guest vehicles never leave the fenced parking area without signed permission. Our staff is on-site 24/7 to protect your vehicle. In the event where your reservation period ends and you are late, we honor a generous three-hour grace period before charging for an extra day.
Parking Notice: This is a self-parking facility. By parking here, you are granted a license to use a single parking space. Please note that the management is not responsible for any fire, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents. Drivers park at their own risk and are responsible for securing their vehicles.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Please arrive at the lot at least 30–40 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. The TSA recommends that travelers arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before scheduled domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights. THE MS PARKING is not responsible for missed flights; please arrive early to allow plenty of time for check-in, the shuttle ride, and security.
We are located just 0.8 miles from the airport. Our shuttles run every 10–15 minutes and the trip usually takes about 5 minutes. Shuttles deliver you right to the departure level of your airline.
Only AFTER you have retrieved your luggage, please click the pickup link sent to your phone at check-in. If the link does not work due to technical difficulty, you may call 445-888-5299 to request your ride.
Payment is handled based on how you booked your stay. There are three ways to settle your balance:
- Prepaid Reservations: If you used our Early Bird Pre-Pay Special or a third-party website to pay in advance, you simply need to check in with the attendant upon arrival.
- Reservations (Due at Lot): If you made a reservation online but have not yet paid, the total amount due must be paid at the lot at the time of check-in.
- Walk-ins: If you arrive without a reservation, you may secure your spot at the lot (subject to availability) and pay the attendant during check-in.
We accept all types of Credit/Debit cards and Cash.
THE MS PARKING honors a 3-hour grace period from the scheduled end of your reservation before charging for an additional day. This policy applies to all reservations, including those made through third-party websites.
Please note: We do not accept online extensions. Any additional balance due to a late return must be paid in person at the lot upon picking up your vehicle.
Example: If your reservation ends on Thursday at 10:00 AM and you arrive by 1:00 PM, you will not be charged. If you arrive after 1:00 PM, a daily parking fee will be charged at the lot.
