When should I arrive at THE MS PARKING?
Please arrive at the lot at least 30–40 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. The TSA recommends that travelers arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before scheduled domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights. THE MS PARKING is not responsible for missed flights; please arrive early to allow plenty of time for check-in, the shuttle ride, and security.
How far is THE MS PARKING from the terminal?
We are located just 0.8 miles from the airport. Our shuttles run every 10–15 minutes and the trip usually takes about 5 minutes. Shuttles deliver you right to the departure level of your airline.
How do I return back to the lot?
Only AFTER you have retrieved your luggage, please click the pickup link sent to your phone at check-in. If the link does not work due to technical difficulty, you may call 445-888-5299 to request your ride.
How do I pay for my parking?
Payment is handled based on how you booked your stay. There are three ways to settle your balance:
- Prepaid Reservations: If you used our Early Bird Pre-Pay Special or a third-party website to pay in advance, you simply need to check in with the attendant upon arrival.
- Reservations (Due at Lot): If you made a reservation online but have not yet paid, the total amount due must be paid at the lot at the time of check-in.
- Walk-ins: If you arrive without a reservation, you may secure your spot at the lot (subject to availability) and pay the attendant during check-in.
We accept all types of Credit/Debit cards and Cash.
Will I be charged more if my flight is late?
THE MS PARKING honors a 3-hour grace period from the scheduled end of your reservation before charging for an additional day. This policy applies to all reservations, including those made through third-party websites.
Please note: We do not accept online extensions. Any additional balance due to a late return must be paid in person at the lot upon picking up your vehicle.
What are the operating hours?
THE MS PARKING operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
